My eGift hasn’t been received! Where is it?

We’re sorry that your gift was not received!

Sometimes our eGift email is filtered into people's spam folder, so they may be able to find your eGift email there by searching for support+gift_received@masterclass.com, if it is not in their inbox. If your gift recipient has a Gmail address, our eGift email may end up in their “Promotions” folder.  

If your gift is still nowhere to be found, please feel free to reach out to us at support@masterclass.com or submit a request here. Please make sure to include the email address used to purchase the gift and the transaction ID number located on your receipt.
