How do I get a refund?


We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your MasterClass. To process your refund, please submit a request here with the following details:

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Transaction ID number (located on your MasterClass receipt)
  • Name of the class you'd like refunded
  • If the class was purchased through PayPal we'll also need the email address associated with your PayPal account.
