If the class or subscription you wish to refund was purchased through the masterclass.com website within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a refund.
We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your MasterClass. To process your refund, please submit a request here with the following details:
- Email address associated with your account
- Transaction ID number (located on your MasterClass receipt)
- Name of the class you'd like refunded
- If the class was purchased through PayPal we'll also need the email address associated with your PayPal account.

For In-app Purchases:
If your purchase was made through the App store, you can request the refund from Apple just as you would for any in-app purchase by reaching out to the Apple Care team here: 1-800-APL-CARE (800–275–2273). Apple also provides more detailed information on their Help & Support website.
If your purchase was made through Google Play, you can request a refund just as you would for any in-app purchase here: https://play.google.com/store/account. Google Play also provides more detailed information on their Google Play Help website.
