How do I change my password?


Please follow these steps to reset your MasterClass credentials: 

  1. Login to your account using your current or temporary password

  2. Once logged in, go to Settings by clicking on the profile icon on the top right corner of the page and selecting “Settings” from the drop-down menu

  3. Click on "Edit" next to your password and a new box will appear

  4. Enter your old password into the “Current Password” field and then add (and re-confirm) a new password of your choice. *If you have been provided a temporary password by our support team, please enter that into the "Current Password" field.

  5. Click the "Save Changes" button and you will now be able to use your new password moving forward

If you do not remember your password and cannot login, you can change it by clicking on "Forgot Password?" at the login screen and a password reset link will be sent to your email address.
