- Have you already purchased the class? You cannot purchase the same class more than once so make sure you aren't already enrolled in the class.
If your payment is still not going through, then there may be an issue with how the page was loaded in your session. This can be fixed via the following:
- Go to the MasterClass homepage at www.MasterClass.com
- Clear your browser's cache data, then refresh the page in your browser
- Log back into your account, then try making the purchase again.
