Why won't my payment go through?

Sorry that our payment process isn't working properly.

If you are having serious issues with purchasing a class please contact us by emailing support@masterclass.com or call us at 1 (855) 981-8208.

Here are a few common solutions that you can also try to solve your problem.

  1. Make sure all the information you've entered is correct. The most common reason for a payment not going through is a typo.
  2. At this time we only accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
  3. Have you already purchased the class? You cannot purchase the same class more than once so make sure you aren't already enrolled in the class.
