I bought a gift for someone but they did not receive it!

If you bought a gift to be delivered electronically and it hasn't been received you might suggest to the recipient that they check their spam or promotional folders. If they are unable to find it, you can contact our Support Team at support@masterclass.com. We will be happy to help assist you and resend the gift if necessary.

If you bought a gift card and you haven't received it, you should have also received an email with a tracking number. You can check the tracking number to see where your gift is in transit. If you do not have you tracking number or if it was never delivered, please contact our Support Team at support@masterclass.com.
