How do I log out of the Android app?

  1. Select the profile icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
  2. Select the settings Cogwheel icon in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Select the “Logout” button on the following page.

Where in the mobile app can I find a list of courses that I’m currently enrolled in?

To see  a list of classes that you're enrolled in select the profile icon from the bottom of the screen (the icon farthest to the right) and the following page will list all the classes you're enrolled in.

 

I just downloaded the mobile app but don’t see my classes?

Thanks for downloading the mobile app! Please make sure that you are logged into your MasterClass account. If you have logged in but are not seeing your classes, please reach out to our Student Support team at support@masterclass.com or submit a request here.

How do I cancel my subscription to the All-Access Pass?

You can cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store by doing the following:

 

  1. On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store .
  2. Tap Menu Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

I don’t want my All-Access Pass subscription to automatically renew. How can I cancel this?

You can cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store by doing the following:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
  2. Tap Menu Subscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to update and choose from the following:
    1. For active subscriptions, tap Manage.
    2. To fix an issue with your payment method, tap Update.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to update your payment method.

How do I get a refund for my in App purchase?

You can request the refund from Google Play just as you would for any in-app purchase by reaching out to the Google Play team directly by calling (855) 836-3987. Google Play also provides more detailed information on their Google Play Help website.

What Android requirements do I need in order to run the app?

At this time, the requires Android 5.1 and up.

 

How can I be featured in your “Student Spotlight”?

That’s a great question! The Student Spotlight students are hand picked by our community team via The Hub. So make sure to stay active in the community and we may pick you for our Student Spotlight!

Why don’t I see pre-enroll or early access classes in the app?

Our mobile app currently does not support pre-enroll or early access classes. You can use the www.masterclass.com website to watch classes on early access, or pre-enroll in our newest classes.  

I can’t login via Facebook. Why?

If you created your account using an email and password on the MasterClass website, you’ll need to sign into the app with your existing account. The app currently does not support linking your existing account to Facebook.

Where can I find the class’s Office Hours? (Or other special class features, e.g. range-finder)

At this time, Office Hours/other features are only available by logging into our website, www.masterclass.com.

How do I access The Hub/community features?

At this time, The Hub features are currently only available by logging into our website, www.masterclass.com.
